During the design of their new retention system, Watson Industrial Park presented 2 unique challenges.  The first required a product and logistical solution that would allow for the installation to be completed as it was delivered and the second was a production plan that would allow for everything to be produced AND installed in less than 6 weeks time.

After reviewing the project Pacific Corrugated Pipe figured out the perfect solution.  During the planning of the project it was decided that the final solution needed to capture 300,000 cubic feet of rainwater. In order to satisfy this obligation, this property required four (4) separate detention systems placed in different locations at the project site.  218 tons of 16 gage aluminized steel was rolled into a 96” diameter 5 x 1 corrugation pattern.  This material was then fabricated into a large storm water management system for the massive industrial park.  A total of 6,000 lineal feet of CSP was produced to support this project and required 110 flatbed deliveries.

Through all of these substantial challenges, the final results of this massive project was an on-time completion with no installation issues.
